As for the tomatoes, they reduce cravings, beat inflammation and bloating, and are rich in vitamin C and antioxidant lycopene. If you like, you can add some olives to the mix and create your own little tomato, mozzarella and olive sticks to snack on.
5) Hummus & Vegetable Crudités
Made using chickpeas, hummus is low in fat and high in protein and fibre, which makes it the perfect to be included in the weight loss healthy snacks list. Paired with crudités (raw vegetable sticks) like carrot, cucumber, beetroot and asparagus, you can snack on this stripped down version of a mezze platter when you get hungry.
